Well I have 80,000 and its held up so far, I guess im lucky.

i replaced mine at ~85000 miles with a detroit tru trac and 4.56's and i love it. current mileage is 95000 and the tranny still shifts hard and never slips

i had 150k miles on my G80 and it locked when it wanted to, so i replaced it with a Eaton LSD.. and 145k miles on my stock 60E.. but the truck was still stock. it now has 205k miles and in those miles ive killed my fair share of 60Es.

Now i have AAM 3.73's and a Eaton Posi and I love it. I blame my old shitty 3.23's for blowing my g80 terrible gear IMO.

lets see 58k my 60 went but that was due to 400rwhp and 5xx ft lbs, we will see how long the g80 last when i swap to a 4l80e trans.

My 60E dumped on me at almost 60k, 23k with no torque management and mild mods in sig. It's still busted actually lol...

Still got the stock one in there, only been pushing around 370rwhp for a few months though, before that was 256rwhp. It was rebuilt at 58k because of a bunk-*** tune by wait4me. Now at 99k miles. I have a 40k cooler, servos and putting in a shift kit this weekend.

And I tried my best to break the G80 while my truck was still under powertrain warranty... donuts, 4wd donuts, fishtailing, launching... no luck

i have had 330hp through mine with stock trans and G80 i have had the mods for about
10K but the whole truck has 50K on it
