2 years ago I had a 4.8 5 speed with a maggie, cam, headers, meth and I put down 431/479 at the rear and went a 12.78 @109mph. Later I put down 445/489 with no track times. I am running the old stock clutch out of it in my 95 now and I sold the good trans to a member on here. How many thousands would it take for a 4L60 to hold up to that and drive it like I did? Stock tranny, stock clutch abused....very abused and they were solid.
