You'll notice the converter at first, but you'll also get used to it very fast.

lol. I can agree with corey on backing up. I have a 3000 from Circle D and the truck still surges a little when it's cold and i'm in reverse.
with the stall I just let it surge backwards slowly until i'm where I want to be. Not a problem when it's warm.

I plan to up to a 3400-3600 Circle D. I think You'll Like it but this is really a question you want to ask BEFORE making the purchase. Lucky for you Circle D build them tight enough to feel comfortable city driving.

As stated, when you first put it in you'll be leary of it. After about a week you'll love it to death and not even notice it's different until you start driving someone elses stock vehicle.

We built him the 258mm 3600, so it will drive very nice. The bigger diameter will couple very well at light throttle. You will be quite pleased I am sure.

I had to drive my moms mini van for 2 weeks, and when I went back to driving my truck it felt so weird hahaha
