is the h3 rear 10 bolt housing with the 8.6 gear the same as a the 4x4 10 bolts? specs said 10 bolt..8.6 and 30 spline axles.. i know the width is differant pretty sure.. the actual housing and guts the same?

 

Probably. The H3 is built on the same frame as the trailblazer, and I dont recall anything special about either.

 

the reason i ask, ARB makes a locker for the h3 hummer.. have searched on the h3 boards with people using them and having no problems what so ever, must be a pretty strong carrier .. what are the axle shaft diameter in our 10 bolts, 1.31?
