Yea, I've never seen that motor thing. That brake pedal looks different actually. Not saying it won't work, but it looks like it might offset the pedal if it does work. The bushing at the top of my pedal formed a "T". That ones offset.
I used the same hydroboost unit though. --With the big accumulator cylinder. No idea why its bigger.
Good deal on the hoses though. I can't see all of them, let us know how they fit up. The only one you will possibly have problems with is the one that goes from the HB unit to the steering rack.

Wow, just read through this whole thread and learned a ton about the hydroboost system. My truck came with one, but I never thought anything of it. Now I know why the pedal on my truck is so firm and responsive compared to my parents 03 z71 suburban. I kind of want to do the conversion for them as sometimes they complain about the brake pedal.
On another note, one thing to watch is your PS fluid level. Just recently I had the pedal go to the floor on me twice while maneuvering in a parking lot, it would stop the truck, but I had the pedal all the way down. As soon as I started moving and wasn't working the wheel back and forth the pedal pressure came back to super firm. I checked the fluid and it was a little low, at the full cold mark while hot. Apparently it was just enough to get some air in the system and have the pedal loose pressure.
Just something to watch out for
