It won't do anything. Look at all the diesel guys doing HUGE burnouts. If that were a problem you would hear about it. On a side note I've seen for isn't using hydraboost on all their F-250s/F-350s now. I can't think what it's like trying to stop a 8500 lb truck like.

Bringing this back alive...

I just got in my hydroboost unit. I bought it on ebay. Check out the bolt placement. You think this was off of a denali or similar instead of a HD truck?
Or is it older?

On a side note, I got the pressure hoses from O'reilly's Auto Parts for about 50 bucks.

The HD trucks have the "odd" bolt pattern. Not a perfect square. It very well could be off a Denali, Escalade, or Hummer.

GL with the install.

So what exactly did you use to modify the pressure line going to the steering gear? It seems that your lines weren't bent outta shape.....

Go to the parts store and try a few lines.. haha thats the only thing i can think of.
It doesnt look like it come out of a Tahoe, atleast the one i got wasnt a "Square" pattern.

Come to think of it, the lines should all be the same? eh?

Try flipping the hose..
IIRC that end goes to the Booster not the Steering box.

Well, I've been using my dad's 1500HD as a pattern truck. He's 4X4 and HD so he has a diff steering system than me. Might just have to bend these. Any tips to do it without collasping/kinking the line?
