For a street/ strip truck, would it be better to put a regular shock on the rear or go with the QA-1's? Keep in mind the 4" drop in the rear.

i've pondered the same question. i haven't found a qa1 that will bolt right up. i might have over looked it but if there is one out there i think it might have some benefit for leaf spring trucks. keep in mind, the springs are still going to hurt us in the long run. they'll only allow so much squat

for optimal hard launches, you want minimum squat. that is if the suspension is set up.

if vehicle is "hooking" it's suspension will actually lift up and move/go so to say.

wieght moving to the back is actually moving the wrong way, think about it. Your wanting to go as fast forward as possible. Why would you want wieght moving back?

I think that is about the best I can put it.
