Default I may have just lost my Trans!!

On the way home from lunch I gave her some gas, maybe 75% throttle after rolling from the stop. The tires broke loose and chirped some, I backed off and when I did it felt like something let go.

Like it slipped out of gear almost. I puppied it the last couple miles home and it felt really strange, like it would not downshift into a lower gear as I slowed for a turn, then the same as I accelerated at low throttle after the turn. On my street I downshifted manually and it felt like it was still in high gear in 3rd, 2nd, and 1st. I got it into the garage and it then felt really strange.
No reverse at all!
Then back into drive and it would hardly move giving it gas.
The whole time I heard nothing horrible like hard parts snapping or anything grinding.
I had this pathetic 4L60E professionally built quite a while back when no one was really throwing 4L80's in these things.

I have hardly driven the truck at all over the last six years because I had a company car that whole time. There is maybe 20k mostly babied miles on this trans. My truck it set up like it says in my sig. Not like I'm making insane power but its cold today and it feels very snappy when it is cold.
Tell me your thoughts everyone.

Now I need to know what's all involved as far as hard parts and tune or wiring goes. And upgrades to a 4L80 that should be made so I do NOT have to do this crap again.
Remember I am 4x4 so the cross-member is different to adapt the 4L80 to my set up correct?
Anyone on here you remember doing the 80 upgrade on a 4x4?
I am sure it has been done. I will start searching through posts tonight.
