My front left hub went out on my 03 Z71 4x4 after only 42,000 miles(Dammit!)I bought two new hub units on E-bay from Sadler Powertrain @ $94 each. Thats a big savings, and they are high quality as described. They aren't hard to replace either. You'll need an impact wrench cause' the factory bolts have threadlocker on them. Get two NEW hub nuts @ $3 EA and torque to spec to properly load the bearings. Good luck...

We shall see -- its a work in progress. Just put the front end back together today. Rear's coming out this week if I can get the 14 bolt put together in time.

I ditched the AWD because it won't support the power (not to mention I have traction issues with the AWD anyway... It's a lot easier to set up a 2wd for traction imo). I stepped up to a FLT L5 80e.
