Default I think I have a bad TCC PWM solenoid

So I swapped my gears last week, and my truck seemed to be locking up funny. It would lock hard, and sometimes acted like it was slipping. Well, today I stepped on it for the first time, and now the converter will not lock up at all. It won't lock in 3rd or OD. I haven't messed with EFILive too much, but tried to force it to lock, and it still would not work. Does that mean the solenoid is bad? Does anyone have suggestions? Is there another way I can check it or something else?
