Default I think my Vigilanti is taking a dump

It doesnt like to stay locked up and it just feels really mushy lately. I am 99.999% sure its not the trans. Its a FLT Lvl 5 the I just put in back in early Sept. At slow acceleration while its locked it just feels like the lock-up clutch doesnt want to hold and its absorbing some of the shifts sometimes (firmness and snappiness)... time for a bigger stall anyway... I think I may get a Yank this time around... I am looking at a 3500 but not sure which series yet.

You can send it back in to PI and they'll refurbish/restall it for you, might give them a shout anyway and see what they say

its a 9.5" triple disk. I was kinda looking into something a little heavier duty. I dont tow much at all or even haul anything but I'd like the peace of mine if I ever was to want to put my bike in the back of the truck or something.

PI wants 375 to refresh it. I really want a bigger converter though (size wise) and a bigger stall both.

is there any tell-tale signs of it being the converter and not the tranny besides what I have already said???

Did you get it through FLT? If so i would talk to Chuck and see if you can get a refurb done on it. Im pretty sure it has a warranty.
