Default I want another 2 inches up front.

Ive tried the pills, the creams, and the stretching but none of those seem to be work...

But aside from that. I want to lower the front another two inches. I already have springs so whats next.

I would use McGaughty's drop spindles, or as a second alternative, DJM dropped lower a-arms.

I used Belltech spindles over the McGaughy's spindles, because of the comments and complaints about the fitment issues on the 05' & up Silverados.
I recieved this info from www.silveradoss.com
I did however use McGaughy's rear shackles and hangers. Belltech does not offer the hangers for the SS or VHO trucks.

What are the pros and cons of spindles vs a-arms?

I don't know what the A-arms will change. It will more than likely change your suspension geometry angles.
The spindles allow you to keep your factory suspension feel or in your case your current ride quality. It just raises your hub bearing assembly up 2".
