When Installing the B&M trans cooler will it matter which side is the return line or not I can't see why it would. My truck has the factory cooler so I'm gonna cut the line's and reconnect the new cooler should be fine right?

put the line going from the stock radiator cooler going into the top of the BM and then the return line form the bottom of the BM back into the trans. or else, like said above, the trans temp which may be like 170 or 180 will be heating back up to 190 or 210 by the coolant in the radiator.

From tranny, to the radiator cooler, to the BM cooler, back to trans.

I understand what you're saying about From tranny, to the radiator cooler, to the BM cooler, back to trans.

my B&M cooler came with instructions that specified that it did not matter the orientation of the cooler itself or which side was inlet and outlet. You have complete flexibility to install it however you like.
