Yup, My Flexalite Variable speed controller Is Chit. Left my truck Idleing for 7-10 minutes while my wife was doing some real estate stuff. got in to go and the temp was 250*+, fans wouldnt come on at all. had some hiway driving to do anyway so alls cool (some pun) but now have no way to controll them. I can jump them togther and make them run. whats the best way, relay harness? (don't know if my pcm is programmed for it) or can I just get a probe that turns on a relay ( I would do two at two different temps)
who's had luck with what, Thanks

Nelson who is a sponsor ----> makes a nice fan harness. You just need a tune in order to activate them in the PCM. Maybe you could kill two birds with one stone, get the harness and a tune all at the same time.

Same thing happened to my Flexalite controller. I wired it to a switch - works great, especially in the staging lanes at the strip. Just don't forget to flip it on when you need it lol.

I made my own. Both fans run on low all the time, until I kill them with a switch. Then both fans on high when the A/C comes on.
I made this for under $60 bucks, with extras left over. I went by this diagram, but reversed the grounds for "positives."

Works great no problems. PM me if you'd like some help.
