ive got some drilled/slotted rotors as well, im having a similar problem with vibration i just put them on two weeks ago and have had a bit of a vibration while braking since. It does go away slightly once my brakes are heated up.

Did you follow the "Bed IN" instructions correctly?

there weren't any specific instructions on how to bed them, only install instructions.

what is the procedure to 'bed them in'?

i found these for hawk brake pads.

After installing new brake pads, make 6 to 10 stops from approximately 30-35 mph applying moderate pressure.
Make an additional 2 to 3 hard stops from approximately 40 to 45 mph.
DO NOT DRAG BRAKES!
Allow 15 minutes for brake system to cool down.
After step 4 your new pads are ready for use.

It's about the exact the same process. The only other thing is, avoid hard quick braking for the first 100 miles or so, so you don't overheat the rotor and make it loose it's temper.
