Default Leaf Spring Shims

Looks like i need some shims. it has 2in shackles, 2 in hangers, and no over load. any one have a guesstimate on what degree shims i need?

With my 4/6 my pinion angle was 3* pos, the drive shaft was 1* pos. and the tranny was neg 3*. The driveline would hit the crossmember when spraying, so I shimmed it with a 6* shim toget the pinion neg 3*. Helped a lot with traction too. With your drop, I'd guess around a 3 or 4* shim. If you can get an angle finder, harbor frieght has them for under ten dollars, you can find out what you'll need. My 6* shim needed a new centering pin, so you might want to start with a 3* or 4* shim.

2/4 drop 6* here.I also cut the center mount for the two piece and moved it up.I don't remember how much though.Also help traction for me.

weres a place to get em? do you just get 2 or does it come with several different shims?

I got them at my friends muffler shop they do lifts and lower there also.Just 2 come they are relatively cheap.

Ive got the same drop you do but with adjustable long bars... I've got 4* shims and worked on the carrier bearing myself and got it right.... I made some shims for it out of plate.
