I found out how to install thanks to this site, but i just want to make sure i get all the parts before I do it .. Does it come as akit or do you have to buy everything separate...Thanks

I would go Eaton. That is what I would reccomend to all my customers with street driven trucks. True-trac's are good diffs and have great road manners, but the Eaton is stronger and rebuildable/tuneable. True-tracs are great for front diffs in 4x4's and for road course applications since they are torque proportioning (meaning they act like an open diff while there is no torque applied). They are also good for track use, but I just prefer the Eaton for street/strip an dhave never had any complaints. For all out performance with some street use I say Detroit Locker, but they are noisey and have only mediocre street manners.

Do you guys just call to order or do you actually know what unit works with our rears?? I also want to pick up a set of 3.07 gears. It asks for category, vehicle, and application. Id like to go with the Detroit True Trac.
