Lockup sooner...
My tc isn't locking till 54 mph I have it set for 42, but do to the tps it won't lockup till the 54. Using hpt what can be adjusted to make it lockup sooner? Lockup in 3rd would be nice also. 4l80 4k stall,Thanks.

I was looking at my tune to see if I could help you, but I have the same problem. While I was checking, I found that my 4th gear lockup is happening exactly at the performance settings. Tomorrow I am going to try lowering the performance table to where I want the lockup to happen. I'll report back.

I have a gauge for that

The "performance" setting is only for when tow/haul is engaged.
Lower the lockup speed for that gear....I personally wouldnt lock it in 3rd at part throttle since you usually go through the gears so fast its a lot of locking-unlocking-shift-locking-unlocking.

I don't think I've ever seen a tune for a "93. Can you post it up, y. buck? I doubt it, since HP Tuners doesn't support it. I am interested in how you think you are going to change anything. Can you tell that I am annoyed that you didn't say that it was a '93 in the original post? AKlowriderZ71 is so polite.
Of course the change I made didn't make a change.

Well, I found a guy here(Alaska) that can burn a custom tuned chip for a '93. Now I see that your '93 has a 6.0 and was tuned by your local tuner. So, nevermind.
You should be talking to your tuner about this. He can fix it for you. Do yourself a favor, and make notes of all the changes you'd like made, what speeds you want shifts to be at, and when you want TCC lockup.
