I have asked him but he has told me tht he can't make the mph lower for the lockup because of the tps .

Hmm, not much can be done to help you at this point. HPT allows for the changes you are asking for. If you post the file, you will probably get some pointers. Otherwise it will be up to your tuner to figure it out.

Its still kind of new to him, could yall help me with what sections and or what parameters need to be changed?

Lower the 2nd and 3rd rows. You may need to lower the 5th and 6 rows as well to keep them less than the corresponding lock row. If release speed is greater than lock speed for a given TPS, the converter wont lock. I would also put the TCC min duty cycle to 95% and max to 100%
