Mine was all red around the gills too. I had an f-ing nitemare w/ UPS.
Driver lied about my package and said I had a bad address! Right.. been here 46 years! Anyway Had to go to the depot and pick it up next day. I hope they fired that turd at UPS. Mine is going in the truck soon as the TC gets back from PI (hopefully this week) yeah. Good luck on yours man.

Cute. Don't let a 60E deceive you, they are fairly heavy to dead lift from the floor to wherever. Transferring my 4L80E with converter from my tailgate to the work bench about killed me.

more pics question if you look at my converter see those black spots whats up with those its used i bought it off of silver-mod-o he said it only has between 5000 to 7000 miles im guessing its from the converter clutch he said it worked fine when he pulled it

like my torque converter holder

If that wont wipe off and is paint discoloration from heat it does indeed concern me?

thats what i figured it had some fluid left in it from when it was pulled from the last owner it didnt smell burnt or didnt have any metal fillings in it?
