Well My converter guy looked at the picture, He says while he agrees they are heat marks . Paint discoloration from heat, There is nothing there at that location in the converter that could cause the he . So he is lost to the cause and our billet converter is pretty much identical in the cover design. You may of course want to send pictures of the converter to yank and see what there opinion is on it , But from our end we have no idea really.

well as of right now i have some other things i have to get taken care of like i need to finish the exhaust and get the front end alinment done before i can even drive it
