Why? because I like the improved stance, it rides and drives better. And handles curves far more superior.

Nice.
My lowered 4 X 4 is a street truck that does not get stuck if I get in the mud or snow. Lowering it makes it more aerodynamic, and it handles better. Plus with the addition of auto 4 wheel drive, gives me all wheel drive on the street.
In the winter I use my 4 wheel drive capabiliy daily. Muddy jobsites, snow, try backing a trailer up a gravel hill without 4 X 4.
For a street truck I have the best of both worlds, I have the ride of a Cadillac on the way to and from work, and do my 4 wheelin at work.
I'm not about to drive a truck this nice off road through the bushes, now that would not be smart.

I still have to lower my truck but have the parts. I am waiting on my 22" Stingrays so I don't have to cut the lower ball joint stud off. I bought Belltech spindles, shackels and Nitro Active rear shocks. I am going to remove the 4wd blocks and use a set of 2wd u bolts and as stated before by trever1t trim the rear bump stops. That should give me the stance I am looking for with a 2/4 drop on 22's.

Wow, ok guys, appologies to everyone who was offended by my comment. Did not think it would **** anyone off, just curious as to why is all. Maybe I should have worded it differently.
