I have rcsb z71 with 2" drop spindles in front and 2" drop shackles in back with no blocks or over load spring. when i launch it in 4x4 it feels like my truck gained 1500 lbs! is ther any way to reduce drag? my tires are all the same size and front preasures are 40 psi and back is 25 psi. any help would be apprieciated!

Just ask your girlfriend to get out when you want to race.

But seriously, try it with all your tire pressures at 32 psi. That will be less drag.

Better yet, you get out of the truck and let your g/f race... lmao.

What mods do you have? If your truck is pretty stock then it will feel like that jus because the added load. Or it can just "feel" that way because of no tire spin. I know when I first got mine it felt like that simply because it was bogging down with the added traction.

First off, being 4x4 you should keep the tire pressures close to the same. The difference in pressure could cause binding in the driveline if the tires are that much lower in the back causing them to be smaller in diameter.

Second off, thats alot of extra stuff power has to go through causing parasitic loss. My truck loves being launched in 4WD but it hates it the further down the track I get, just so much drag.

Well I got a 3800 pi triple disc and it is tuned! I figured since the front was heavier it would need more air but I'll try 32 on all corners and see how it does then! Anything else? Other losing some weight lol
