easiest way is to take some hub to fender measurements all the way around.

Do you have any rubbing on those tires? Stock, or atleast stock dimension wheels?

If no rubbing, it can't be any lower than 4/7 if on 275/45/20.

Also, look at the back suspension, just takes a quick glance to see if the leafsprings are under (means a flip kit) or over the axle (like stock). If it has a flip kit it will be about 6" of drop out back alone.
Then look at the shackles on the rear of each leafpack. If they have two holes in them, they are lowering shackles, with the bottom of the two adjustment holes being an extra inch of drop, and top leaf bolt hole being an extra two inches.

If no flip kit, check your spring hangers at the front of each leafspring pack connected to the frame. If they are still factory riveted onto the frame, then it wasn't lowered that way with hangers.

Other options would be lowering leafpacks, or just ghetto drop if previous owner removed leafs...

you should also check to see if the frame has been notched over the axle.

Front is a bit harder to recognize, but you might be able to spot taller aftermarket spindles...
