Another 2in is fine without a notch, then you get pretty darn close to the bump stops. You can cut them too, to give more room.

4x4 should have a lift block, remove that and it's about 1in drop for free.

I actually already removed them sorry i forgot to include that in the post.. So that means i can safely lower just about 1 more inch since i already removed the blocks??

I'd stick your head under the truck and see how far you are away from the bump stop currently.

Figure you can likely only go another 1-2in in the rear before it has a real chance of bottoming out on you. And you won't be able to load much in the bed once you get closer. Also going any lower than what you have done will need drop shocks in the rear. And the pinion angle will change for sure if you go lower, so you'll have to measure that and correct it as needed.

you can probably go lower still in the front too. They'll go pretty far before the CV angles are bad and even then you can use a spindle.

On a 4x4, the bumpstops in the rear are on a bracket. You can remove the brackets and bolt the stops directly to the frame.

like Trevor said,
if its like the SUV's cut the mounting cup off, smooth it flat, and drill and tap hole in the center for an Energy Suspension pancake style (about 3/4" thick) bump stop.
