m/t drag radials
ok so i bought a set of 275/40/17 mickey thompson drag radials and i got a set of stock 17x7.5 silverado rims any body run this setup before some say it will fit and be fine others say not to run them what do you say ?

You would probably benefit more from a bigger sidewall like a 50, so there is more flexablilty in the tire IMO. I run 275/50/17 M&H Racemaster drag radials on 17x9.5 steel Cragars, 18-20 PSI..........
