Default mad dog transmissions

i have been looking into beefing up my transmission before i do major engine modifications and i found this website has anyone ever heard of maddog transmissions? they say they can handle 700 horsepower they also come with a warranty. this seem almost too good to be true.

**edited for non sponsor link and price** Thanks

I just installed the 4l65e "godfather" from them and it is the ****. I have 20's with 275/55's and it will bark second with no problem. I highly recommend them, but go with the best them have!!

How long have you had it? Are you running a high stall speed? I purchased the punisher and he said he used a 65e, never put the cooler in or stalled it to the speed I wanted it because he said he only carried stalls that high (3000) for a 60e and that was after he did the work with out consulting me. On one of my trips down there they just let me walk around tarpon springs all day with out calling me. When I got back truck was in the same spot..the part wasnt in. Keep in mind I ran a 100 shot on the 4.8 for a year and it was working fine before I got the punisher. The punisher broke 6 or so months after the build on the same set up and he didnt charge me for repair. Now 3 months later or so, after having the lq9 in for 3 weeks, it broke again. I am done with them even thought it is still under warranty.

I wouldnt use anything but FLT or rock-on trannies...
-I had mine built locally by a guy I know too but I know that he knows his **** and it cost me less than a grand. I helped him do some of the work and put the tranny in.
