Default HELP! Make suspension softer?

I have a late 99 swb s/c silverado stepside with a djm 4" rear drop and swaybar and 3" front spring drop. New correct length shocks at all four corners. The rear rides really stiff and the front rides pretty stiff. Im going to get some more sidewall up front and see if that helps but in the rear I am not sure what to do. Im contemplating taking out the short thick helper spring and adding shock extenders to see how that helps. The truck has a real light bed with no spare or rear bumper to add weight. But it still has the same spring pack. Has anyone done this before or have any advice on how to get a better ride? I have had several lowered and bagged vehicles and have never had anything ride this bad.

Yeah I threw on the sensatracs out back and it helped some but not enough. Still researching...

I put on swaybars front and back ( it had neither when I got it) and it handles awesome just rides like a racecar.

Well I took off the front poly bumpstops and replaced the new rear sensatracs with gas magnums for an olds car to match the front. Rides a lot smoother and softer with plenty of stability and control. Now just to take another road trip to see how it compares.
