Default manual swap now no 4 low

I did a nv4500 swap on my 99 nbs and now I dont have 4 low. It has a 246 tcase with auto 4. 4 high works fine just no 4 low. I know I need the ecm to have a neutral signal to allow 4 low and I had my park/neutral switch hooked up still no 4 low. I was wondering if anyone has dealt with this before or if there is a way to make my ecm think its in neutral all the time or to get the tccm to think its in neutral any help would be appreciated.

Do you still have the neutral safety switch connected? Put that in neutral and tuck it out of the way...should be good to go.

Your talking about the park/neutral switch on the side of the trans. right? I have that plugged in and in neutral still nothing. 4 low light blinks then goes back to 4 high

Try holding down the 4LO button..
