I don't see why they'd want to do away with manuals. If anything it makes people better drivers; and we ALL know that majority of America needs driving lessons.

I would think the crossmember and the pedals out of the SSR would be your best bet since the chassis' resemble each other alot.

i almost 100% certain that the base tranny in the H3's is a 5 speed manual!!

you are right sir!

I'm afraid my center console might not be wide enough for the shifter. I'm dead set on this swap, but only if I can make it look/feel/sound/smell 100% factory.

damn... the H3 isn't the same platform as the TB. this leaves me back to the SSR parts.

I'm almost thinking just go buy the parts from the stealership and start measuring.

I thought that the SSR's were on the full sized truck platform, is that wrong?

why wouldnt that tranny work in the TB? Im sure it will fit some how, i mean the two vehicles are simular....so i would say that manual would be an easy fit..

would be interesting to see a manual TB
