I believe the booster itself uses different sizes for the entering and exit ports...

I would highly suggest just buying these hoses instead of trying to make your own.

Fairly certain they are 1/2 inch NF threads. Its been a couple years since I did the vacuum to hydroboost conversion on my 95 but I'm pretty certain the threads in the 06 2500 HD master cylinder I used were 1/2 inch fine thread. It was either 1/2 or 7/16 and I'm pretty sure it wasn't 7/16. Believe it or not most brake fittings are in standard thread pitches. You can thread a bolt in to check to be sure.

Thats right, it is 7/16 NF. I was getting the 1/2 inch because thats what my 95 had for a fitting on one of the brake circuits on the stock master cylinder and the other was already 7/16 NF. I had to cut the flare off, slip on a new nut and reflare the line. I was not able to find the exact nut locally but I found a 7/16 NF nut for a 3/16 brake line and drilled the hole bigger and took a bit and shaped it so it would support the back side of the flare on a 1/4 inch brake line and it worked perfectly.
