Probably yank out the trans and rebuild it. Its lasted me 4yrs and I can't complain a bit with the amount of abuse I have thrown at it. Actually I'm kinda surprised It has made it this long

It sounds like lockup to me, thats alot of rpm drop... The reason I say this is because I've tuned 3-4 '07-up Silverado's and there's ABSOLUTELY nothing I can do about them turning the lockup on right after I shift into third, all of the trucks are doing the exact same thing as yours. There's some kind of lockup table missing that EfiLive didnt get. Check out this link:

Watch between frames 510-550, you can see it hit third then shift/lockup again:

No kidding! Man no wonder I start picking up speed like crazy haha. I was always asked if the tcc was locking but I always said there's no way cause its turned off in the tune.

All thanks to shupe in the TCC help on T42 thread I was able to figure out my issue. Looks like the TCC was being told to lockup at 88.89 MPH in 3rd at WOT. Seems like this is a common issue on the T42s and efilive finally made a patch for it. I'm gonna set the 3rd lockup speed to a speed it will never see and test it out

Post up your findings, I'm interested to see if it works.
