You generally get what you pay for. Monster transmission parts don't cost much at all. There's no such thing as a free lunch.

I have a post on here somewhere where I highlighted all the inconsistencies with Monster Transmission's "Handshake Warranty" vs their disclaimers about using their parts with high HP setups (particularly setups below THEIR maximum numbers on their listings!)

Oh, I found it:

If this part doesn't scare you away, well, you're either very brave or very foolish

the 4L80E Mega Monster transmission is tough enough to withstand the rigors of even the toughest street machines delivering tire-spinning shifts race after race. It is ideal for vehicles powered by engines producing up to 550 horsepower using pump gasoline...

Hell, a STOCK GM 4L80E can take more than 325 crank HP. Even a 60E can take more than 325 crank HP. Oh, your differential and clutch bands are going to love those tire-spinning shifts too...

PS: I'd love to see their "SUPERIOR HIGH PERFORMANCE REPROGRAMMING SHIFT KIT"

Read their warranty and see what you think. Do the math afterwards.

They took their warranty PDF down about 10 days after I made that post ^^^
