Does the 4l80 shaft fit into the top of that new part. I ordered one and it appears too big to fit into the 4l80. Im thinking that the spline was cut too big. Any thoughts.

Where did you get your 80e? I know Sean has a machine shop that can machine the tail shaft on the 80e down to fit the 60e transfercase, but other than that I think all 4x4 80e tail shafts are the same. (I might be wrong), you sure it is for a 4x4?
