Putting tires on rims that have no tires on them is super easy with just 1 bar. I did all 4 of my new tires and wheels in the drive way 2 days ago in about 10 mins. If they have tires on them, I have a manual bead breaker that will do 15 and 16" rimes that works pretty well, just a little more work. I still have to take them some place for a balance though

I went to another discount and got it done. The guy there laughed when I told them what happened to me at another discount. He said, "I run these tires all the time. This exact size." I asked if it was on a truck and he yeah, that truck right there. He had a Tacoma with a trd supercharger with nitrous, an 8.8 rear with a 4-link. A total sleeper.

There shouldn't be a liability issue unless the tires/wheels are being mounted (by them) on the vehicle. Seems like they're trying to ensure there's no possible case for liability. Legally, they can install it, make you sign a waiver (or state AT YOUR OWN RISK by signing receipt), and not mount it on the vehicle.

In any case, I took mine to a mom-n-pop shop, and had them mount 'em. No issue whatsoever! My only reason for that was b/c I didn't want to wait over an hour for the "big name" shops to mount two simple tires.
