You could always go Barnes & Noble style, and put it on airbags But then you'll need strobes too...

Just leave it

less hassle, less noisy (excessive tire noise), crappy gas mileage, goodbye warranty(suspension), crap could start to go wrong after a while..(bad leaf spring, etc...)

just concentrate on the bird

BadBlackZ, don't worry about Jon (jmX). He lives in Austin, the "San Francisco of the South". He's probably used to "quirky" type boys and their rainbow toys LOL.

Don't worry, I'm half redneck, I listen to country music, and have been known to wear my Stetsons weekly. Slammed trucks look cool, but are not my personality at all. I see slammed trucks as pretty useless, like defeating the purpose of a truck. I work on a gravel road and most of my clients (oil company execs) are all southern rednecks too. We like bigger, faster, etc..

MarkZ71, I'm a Texan and proud to admit that I don't have to agree with anything that goes on in Alabama

I'm not doing this to go offroading or mudding. If I owned a 4x4, I'd never use the front axle anyways. Performance? BWHAHAHA! I've got a 10-second Formula for that.

-Tony[/QB][/QUOTE]Tony you know you want some Krylon painted flames on the Formula...LOL To each his own. If you didn't want a reply, then why did you ask? Mabey you can put the formula motor in the truck and sport some 44's...Big foot style.

Make all the comments you guys want, but the fact is, WAY too many people buy the biggest damn vehicle they can get their hands on these days. It's gotten way out of hand.

Here, here is a picture I shot while sitting in my little fuel efficient C5 at a light. 13 trucks/SUV's/Minivans behind me in the lane next to me, and although the picture doesnt show it, my lane had 10 in a row (can only see 3 in the pic).

RE-DAMN-DICULOUS

A big *** lifted truck annoys me because:
1) I cant see past it in traffic, meaning its hard for me to react to stuff ahead early on the road
2) The headlights are so high they shine right at my eyes at night
3) The huge *** tires which are now not in a wheel well fling up every little rock and dirt back at the cars behind them
4) If the truck also has a chrome bumper, it puts the bumper at the perfect hieght for MY headlights to reflect off the chrome bumper and shine right back in my face! That is just dangerous.
5) If the bumpers were not relocated, the bumpers are so high that it screws up the safety of any sort of collision for the other vehicle, assuming again the other vehicle isn't a jacked up redneck truck too.

To sum up, you are annoying the **** out of everybody else. But hey, **** em, right?

If everybody was so selfish and didn't care about what they were doing to others this would be a pretty shitty world to live in. Er...wait...this is a pretty shitty place sometimes. Nevermind.
