Let this be a lesson to everyone do NOT send your **** USPS. It took 4 months for my converter to get to TCI from northern Alabama to southern Mississippi Anyway I have been on here bitching and complaining baout TCI who knows if it was really lost in the mail or what. Anyway I am not going to get it covered by warranty even though I talked to the recieving department guy knows me by NAME since I called so many times about it but since they just officially got it they arent going to warranty and I dont have a reciept. So basically Im being called a liar or whatever but either way atleast its getting fixed so I can sell it. Guess I didnt talk to them the right way like Blue Cajin did but oh well thats my luck

Its a 3K I would want 400 plus shipping for it since it is 500 brand new and it is going to be brand new when I get it back and its costing my almost 200 to get it fixed plus shipping back to me.

why did they not cover it? Was it because it got to them out of warranty even though you mailed it while it was under warranty? If this is the case I would ask for the original box it was shipped by you in. I would want the date stamp for proof when I filed my better business bureau complaint against TCI and to show the local postmaster who would be getting a visit from me.

Didnt think about him getting the post mark on it Ill be calling them tomorrow It was mailed to them while still under warranty but by the time it got to them it was out of warranty due to the 4 month shipping time LOL. Which reminds me I ahve to send me old Fuddle converter back that I was suppose to send back like a week ago

Just dont let them bullshit ya. The label was printed and stuck on your box before you walked away from the counter so it will have the original date on it. I bet they say the box was thrown out.....
