hmmm...if you do get Nitrous...and/or a cam I wouldn't get rid of those 4.1's until you are sure they suck. I still think something is wrong...I mean I guess a 4.8 not handling or being able to give the gears their justice is possible...it's just hard to believe. Keep 'em until the next big mod.

Get rid of your Slowmasters . They are choking your engine at higher rpm's. Also check your shift points. A 4.10 axle would cause the tranny to upshift earlier, and might actually be forcing you into a taller (numerically lower) overall crank-to-tire ratio. Just some thoughts.

Very good point...ask your tuner, Jesse, if he changed just the ratio for the gears or did he change some shift points to match that gear ratio.

And ask yourself...does it seem to shift too soon in any gear. Do you feel you got more room to go?

Yeah.. Ill do that... It just pissed me of that I put this mod on and my truck is slower... I was thinkin of taking my flowmaster off and running a strait pipe and gutted cats... My truck stops making power around 5500 and at 5800 it falls on it face... low end is good.. I can get alot of peolpe off the line but at the top of the rpms... It sucks ***..
