I did some reading and found out I needed a write entire for the segment swap to take place. I did that and now I have no code but it's still stuck in second(limp?). I went down the street in drive ant it would shudder in D/3 I could drive in 1/2 but at high rpms to get going(stuck in 2). Any suggestions, the fluid looks full.

I went back out and fired it up, the code p0740 came back right away so I cleared it. I opened up vcm controls and manually shut off the 1-2 shift I have 1. But when it goes into 2nd, it basically goes into 4 and lugs the motor as I'm not up to speed.

I went under to see what had power at the harness. This is with KOEO.

Top row R-L:

A-.05
B-.01
C-12.05
D-.02

2nd row:

E-12.05

3rd row:

L-5.00
M-.01
N-10.30
P-10.30
R-10.30
S-0.5

4th row:

T-.01

Is this all correct? I'm pretty sure that pin "S" is supposed to have power as its the pin linked to the P0740 code.
