Seems like you have a old model 298mm converter..it will not work with a LS motor..you need to either swap the input shaft along with maybe the stator and bellhousing...better off selling and getting a 300mm from any 1999+ with the top bellhousing bolt..and a tmbx converter

That's what I was afraid of, I'm about to light this whole project on fire and wash my hands of it.

S10 guys run this trans with a ls swap sometimes just because its what they have available. Its a weaker 4l60e from what i understand.
