Exclamation Need a little help please

On October 29 2008 some called and ordered a level 2 4l60e an9.5 inch converter for a 1996 trans am. The card they used was stolen. They ordered under the name HAROLD HARFSMAN which is the card holders name, Gave a correct billing address and a different shipping address which of it self is not unusual since many of our customers have transmissions shipped to alternate addresses.
The Transmission and converter was delivered to
9112 lake lotta circle gotha florida 34734
321-695-3347
nightmare0187@gmail.com

The UPS guy failed to get a delivery signature and left at FRONT DOOR.

the transmission was delivered to that address on 4th of November and the converter on the 7th of November. It is a private home.

I know this is probably a long shot but ya never know.

Anyone who knows of anyone living in that area who recently got and or installed a new trans and converter from us in a 1996 transam please contact me in a PM or post here,

We are looking in to it but this is the third time this year and the last two yielded no results. Unfortunately at least from what I have gathered this type of theft does not get high attention from law enforcement. Probably because it crosses so many state lines and is complicated to investigate

For the small fee of a free transmission I will gladly make a trip over there and "handle" it for you

I would think the shipper would be liable for the lost revenue, seeing as the driver failed to get a signature for delivery. Are they taking any responsibility?

LOL one of the other two Frank talked about is a real bad place here in Chicago. I have to tell you the cops don't even go down those streets unless they have to. These people shoot at the police because they do not want them around. I have to tell you if your going to collect you better be well armed and bring the army with you. Frank I posted in your thread in the sponsor only forum on tech. I think you need change some of your policies. Vince
