Question Need New Axels

Alright guys.....I haven't been on this board in a loooong time and I need some help. It all boils down to I need new axels for my rear end of my truck. Mine are bent...long story.

I have an '01 Sierra/Radix/FLP Level 4/Moser Posi Rear. What do I need to put in there?

Any Help Much Appreciated.
