Oh, and I'm glad I didn't go more then 2/4. This is just right for me, I still leave the pavement every now and then (not what you would call offroading though) and this allows me to do that. Plus you don't have to worry about speed bumps and driveways as much...

nice truck..... need to paint the top and bottom pads of the front bumper.... just saw one just like yours yesterday with that painted (white truck too) and damn it looked real good!!! nice truck by the way...

What drop kit did you go with?? Your truck looks fuggin great, Has a very tough stance to it.

Well, my '99 had the 2/4 Hotchkis and I didn't like the ride. When I got the '04 I was going to go 4/6 and get wheels and tires that would tuck. Then I ended up buying a ring and decided not to buy new wheels and tires. So I went 2/4 to use the wheels and tires I already had.

Thanks. I haven't decided wether I'm going with an SS bumper cover or paint what's there now. I'm going to wait till I get the tailgate shaved and a roll pan and have it all painted at the same time.

I gotta hand it to you guys, I think a 2/4 is more what I am looking for, Considering I have a brand new 2005 Honda TRX450R Quad that I haul around, so I will need to be able to pull off the road at the trails without getting the frame hung up.

Youll want helper bags then. Or you will bottom out unless you have a notch.

I am already notching the frame in spring, using a 4in diameter pipe, and reinforcing the frame, My buddy is a master welder, he builds custom frames, And I just happen to be the Godfather of his first born, LOL, He said he would do it with me in his garage.

Im new to this but lookin into a 2/4 drop. Who makes an afordable, strong, good riding 2/4 drop? DO I have to notch the bed(is their where you created a hole for the diff??) with a 2/4?
