Default need to send a yank tt300 to yank questions

ok first, has anyone sent back a yank verter to get it checked and cleaned? and was you experience good? how much did it run you. would it be better to get a local shop to cut and clean it?

thanks

I sent back my old ss3200 when I was worried if the clutches were cracked. They had it back to me within a week. They didn't cut the converter open, but it was pretty painless. I think they just charged me $35 for return shipping.

well I bought it used about a year ago and drained and tryed to flush the old burnt fluid, and would feel safer if they looked it over. and it is time for a performance mod....my friends are running circles around me.

I would definitely have it cut and cleaned before installing it in any transmission. Give Dave a call and do it right. Vince

Dave cut and refreshed 2 converters for me, painless and quick. Let the man do it and don't screw around with the local guys. I had mine in and out right quick!

depends on where and how much torque you make, NA mine stalled to ~2400 and flashed higher.
