Question Need shift kit knowledge

Looking for real experiences from high power trucks here. When my truck tore apart the driveshaft last week, the 4L70 actually, somehow, survived! After a laundry list of replacement parts (all warantied ) this tranny is running great... so it's a perfect time to reinforce it.

For sure it's getting a multi-disc Vigilante. I'm also thinking about a deeper pan and a bigger cooler cuz this sucker gets insanely hot at the track. It's already pushing @400tq to the wheels NA and I just got done adding in a 50-100 shot kit so, you know what that means.

I'm not looking at bands and clutches at this point or an 80 swap. In the past I've always just had full custom rebuilds but now it's just upgrade time.

Which servos and upgrade kits have the big power trucks had good luck with? Is there anything I should totally avoid?

Thx,

T

Larger Cooler
Deep Pan (not sure about this one)
Shift Kit & Servos (if made for it)

Just my $0.02. Others will chime in on this.
