Those shocks are pretty low, I hope you don't hit a bump and rip them off.

i will most likely end up with shorter shocks that way i can tuck them up higher. i was mostly worried about getting everything setup properly then i can make tweaks. i was thinking the same thing when i had to set them that low. i was thinking what the heck was going to happen when i have to strattle something in the road lol. im not afraid of bumps though.

28bt10.5 et drag @10.5-12lbs but it spins approx. the lenth of the truck unless I hit the spray 5-10' out.also on a full bottle I get 1.56 to 1.58 60' but at the end of the bottle when it's down on power I got a 1.53 maybe I should run a 2 stage.

have you tested it out yet? im interested to hear how much this helped you. also, how is the ride with the shocks moved? would you have moved them if your truck was a DD?

the ride is great. better actually. when the shock is laid over horrizontally it cannot do it's job as effectively. several cars come from the factory with the shocks setup like this, so yes, i would do this to it as a DD. i'm actually DD'ing the truck right now to get the gears broken in.

no, i havent had a chance to test it out yet. i had new gears put in last week and have 500 miles to drive before dropping the hammer. theres also still some stuff left on my plate to take care of before i go to the track. The fuel cell and wiring up the nitrous/standalone being the biggest things.

how far off were your shock angles? i dont have a flip kit but i have 4" springs, 2" shackles and 2" hangers with an aftermarket overload...for maybe 5" of drop, i'll have to check my angles
