same front calipers as s10's right? and if that is true will the dual piston calipers off the front of a newer s10 work? I can try it I have all of those parts sitting in my garage off of the truck except for obs front rotors

Question Hope it works

Sure hope it works just ran into the same problem on my 1999 z-71 trying to run 15" mickey thompson rims.... Was debating shaving the calipers with a grinder and/or adding spacers, but would love to find a bolt on solution

The A&A brackets need to be welded on if I remember correctly, if I remember I'll take a few pics of this swap we did on my friends cheap Jeep tomorrow night.

I will be looking into this as soon as my trans is in, wide 16" wheels will not clear and there is a ton of room going back if that caliper and fitting weren't in the way. I don't like the weld on caliper mounts so if I do it I will try to make a bracket that is a bolt on. There should be a sea of cheap wheel and tire options then...

90 chevy reg cab 1500 4x4 front rotors look like they will do the trick, possibly could even retain the parking brake, thinking the front calipers from that app will need to be used as opposed to monte carlo s10 type stuff, the brake pad radius and size are wrong and the calipers look prominent over rotor, the 90 chevy 4x4 front calipers look like they could be mounted with a simple machined bracket and the caliper hugs around the rotor nicely. More soon.

Are there any non custom made 9" or 10" wide wheels 15" or 16" that are a proper offset? Everything I find is negative offset which means they are going to stick out really wide or have to spend 3-350 per wheel for Bogarts to have custom made.
