Default New Tire Innovation

I'm not sure if any of you have seen this new tire concept from Michellin, but check this out. Scary to me, but I'm old school.

Tweel Press Release
The production version will have sidewalls. They left it open on purpose for demonstration purposes.

I saw some additional photos that show the wheel and tire integrated into a one piece design. That must be where they get the name "tweel". This photo does seem to show an aluminum wheel and this new tire.

That's bad ***! I would sure love to know how they mount those too.

Now I don't have to worry about my tires getting shot out anymore.
