Default new tires

i was going to go with 275/60/16s on stock wheels but the tire i like is made in 275/70/16, will they fit with a 3/4 drop? also, what shocks should i get for the drop? i dont want to get cheap ****. thanks

oh yeah, i called bilstein, they said to go with their shock made for a stock height truck....i dont think its a very good idea though, it would be close to bottoming out all of the time

That tire will fit with a 2/4 but will likely scrub with a 3/4. Also depending on what front setup you have you might can run the stock height Bilsteins. You can run stock height Bilsteins in the rear with shock extenders.

the tire is only an inch taller than stock, i didnt think it would be too much of a problem. i have heard some people say to go the 3 inches in the front with spindles and springs, a-arms and springs, some say go 1-3 inches with springs, what is the best route? i will need lowered shocks if i use the 3 inch springs, what about other methods?
