Default New tranny?

Im in the market for a new tranny and or to have mine rebuilt. hopefully in a year ill be boosted and be around 600 rwhp. i been looking at trannys and this is what ive found so far... please give any input you guys may have.

600 hp, forced induction, and heavy ECSB 4x4? Don't even consider another 60E.

now if i do that how much do you think id have wrapped up in it to support 600-700 hp and also would i need a new transfer case for my 4x4?

Prices are going to vary, a lot of that depends on your resourcefulness.

You won't need a different t-case, just a 32 spline input gear. It's all covered in the link I posted.

ill have to look at it more and read up on it. idk crap about tranny's but i do know that the 80 is beast. just seems like a PIA to swap it out. mainly the wiring and such. i know ill need a new cross member and the adaptor, and as far as the imput gear are there any that are better than others?

I made my own cross member and the 80e only needs a shift kit if you find one with decent miles on it

ill prob start to look on ebay or around here. maybe pick one up for a decent price. but would you all just do a transgo shift kit? and you got any pics of yours? thanks for the help guys
